Thank you Stephani! I am going to order some today! Right now I have been taking her in for shots every 8 weeks and I worry about her kidneys with the steroids. She had always had this problem but with age it seems to be getting worse!

Poor Dottie! Have you tried Calm Coat on her itchies? It works great for any insect bite and keeps them off the spot, too (and, it smells so good! - lavender):

http://www.calmcoat.com/

I used to use this on my old QH, Ben, before he passed, because he would scratch himself raw from bites. A little goes a long way and he would start growing coat back within days. And, when I went into the barn and brought out the bottle, he would trot right over! It was very funny!

I now use it on the shelties when they have any bites or hot spots - takes them away! The site has a free trial offer (you have to pay shipping). That bottle size, for dogs, will last forever! If you need them for horses, get the next size up and it will last all summer!
