Basilicious!

My first is always the best and this morning was no exception. I made an omelet from the chikkers with fresh green onions and basil from the garden, with a dab of fresh Minnesota Montrachet goat cheese and it was out of this world!
The basil made the whole omelet! I could live on it year round and I would never complain. The goat cheese was also a good addition to the group since it gave it a nice bite.
This is the inlaws-nice group of people ha? We had one last get together on the 4th- we ate way too much food, drank too much beer, and laughed our way through another day. Now that the 4th is over life can go back to how it once was. Busy! I am off to work. I have 800 bars of soap waiting to be wrapped and 30 some pounds of soap to make. Good Day!
