My corn got taken away by the crows before it could come up properly. Plus, nothing much happened with the lack of rain early in the growing season. My cockers are corn freaks too. Fat Buddy likes to take the stalks down and gnaw on them since they are sweet on the inside. I may just put the whole plot in field corn next summer...if we have the rain for it. Yes...Friend Scott is a character...and luckily enjoys my writing about him. Though I'm a bit nervous about him reading this one...though he did tell me I could write about the hair experiences!
