Short Short

I am still running short on time these days. Sunday we dug up the rest of our potatoes, my arugula, beets, and swiss chard and put the garden to bed with a ton of aged horse manure on top to mingle with the earth over the winter. I planted about 100 garlic cloves for next spring so I have something to look forward to over the winter. The 30 I planted last fall are about gone…
I have to cut this short. I have a stray cat that I have tamed and I need to bring him into the vet today for a neuter. I have 3 in the house as it is so he is going to be the soap shop cat for the winter. Send good thoughts for Squeaky Monroe…
