Love to see someone else who makes hotdish! I can tell we live pretty down close to one another. We are in the Worthington MN area.

I'm going to check out that co-op site you linked also, thanks a bunch!

Take care ~ Erica

So glad you are back. I think of you every time I see a red or orange semi! And I am sorry about your hubby - but maybe he's trying???? Hard to say, since guys don't let you read their minds very well.

Try Verizon for a server. It's expensive, I think, as you purchase a card and pay a monthly service, BUT --- I have seen for myself how great it is!!! Son-in-law Ken has one - he can get internet service as he is driving down the road. I think Verizon can be gotten anywhere! You could (please don't) have your computer next to you in the truck and check your email as you are driving!!! Assuming you have a laptop, of course! He has a plugin for the cigarette lighter to keep the laptop charged up. I've seen it working when all of us went on a road trip last year in Florida and Joy kept looking for a motel or places to visit while we were driving!

Blessings - good luck with your potatoes.

Your post is so inspirational. It's great to see a woman that speaks well of herself when most women are taught that's mimodest and boastful to do so. And then they are made to feel a sense of shame and lack of self confidance when they feel good about themselves.

You go girl! Women rock!

Wow, girl, look at you with the huge truck! Powere to the Femme! hehe

19 degrees below??!!! What am I whining about around here, then? The lowest it's gotten is 5 degrees below. I don't think I'm tough enough...not as tough as you anyway! haha

What a tragic haunting bus accident......

That's a lot of feed and money to spend. But I can imagine that the deer are so worth it to have around...their elegance, gentleness, and connection to the wild.
